Everyone in the room is likely very familiar with the VSM diagram and the theory behind it.
Today we are going to do something very simple.
All we want to do now is to have each of you make a **quick, rough** assessment. It will not be collected.
Use the **colored markers** provided.

We are going to use a sketch of the VSM to assess the **state of viability of the Metaphorum**, the one organization that we all know something about. Of course you can assess any organization.
* [ ] First assess (fill the circles in with green, yellow, red, or blue colors) the VSM functions that are marked by their colored outlines.
